This villa’s location on Preá beach, a charming village near Jericoacoara, makes it a kite surfer’s paradise. This is because it is well known around the world for having the best wind conditions in the region.

Having said all that, it is not only kitesurfers who will love this place…if you are looking for a relaxing, chilled holiday, then this house is perfect for a group of friends or large families. It also has a gym, beach tennis and tennis courts, pool and sauna for those seeking total relaxation.

Little ones will love the playroom and of course the sea which is a few steps away from the house. Another highlight of this villa is the outdoor pizza oven and eating area which are the perfect place from which to enjoy a relaxing evening. Alternatively, you could enjoy a cinema session or have evening drinks on the beautifully lit veranda at night.

• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.
